The petitioner has filed the present writ application for the following relief:

"To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondent No.3 to appoint the petitioner to the post of Dresser Technology in Home Department (Kara), Government of Bihar, Patna subject to the verification of his certificates by the respondent No.3 (Examination Controller, Institute of Medical and Technology Research, 3 Bau Street, Kolkata- 700 012)."

Learned counsel for the respondents has drawn the attention of this Court to para 10 and 11 of the counter affidavit

Patna High Court CWJC No.9022 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 3, which read as under:

"10. That the final result of the dresser will be published by the Central Selection Board (Constable), Bihar, Patna.

11. That after final publication of result, the selected candidate will be appointed in the department subject to the fulfillment of other qualification (eligibility) criteria."

In view of the stand taken by respondents in para 10 and 11 of the counter affidavit, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate steps for publication of final result at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
