====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Salkhua (Banma Itahari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 04 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery has been made from the possession of son of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 08.01.2019.
