22-11-2016 After some argument, Sri Raj Kishor Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Amit Kumar Mishra, learned counsel, who has voluntarily appeared on behalf of complainant, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. He submits that in this case, earlier after order of cognizance, summon was issued.

In view of facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same
