2. This application has been filed for modification of condition no. (v) passed in order dated 15.01.2026 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 122 of 2026.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 15.01.2026 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 122 of 2026, petitioner was granted bail. It is further submitted that vide condition no. (v) of the aforesaid order dated 15.01.2026, the petitioner was directed to appear before the SHO of concerned PS in the first week of each month till conclusion of trial. However, the petitioner is not able to appear before the SHO Panchmahla Police Station as the petitioner faces a threat to his life from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28793 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 said police station. As such, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for that a direction may be given to the petitioner to appear before other police station such as Maranchi Police Station.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and averments made in the application, this modification application is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the SHO of Maranchi Police Station in the first week of each month till conclusion of trial.
6. The condition no. (v) of order dated 15.01.2026 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 122 of 2026 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
