Patna High Court CWJC No.17970 of 2011(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 It is submitted by Mr Sunil Kumar that against the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Jehabanad dated 11.07.2011, he would be approaching the Appellate Authority under the Guidelines.
In view of such submission, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the instant proceeding pending. It is only observed that, to meet the issue of delay before the Appellate Authority, it will be open to the petitioner to raise the issue of pendency of the present proceedings before this Court.
Writ petition is disposed of.
