The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mehandiganj P.S. Case No. 44 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. There is case and counter case between the parties for the land dispute. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
