JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2024 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdrawn this writ petition in view of the statement made in paragraph No. 13 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 which reads as follows:

Patna High Court CWJC No.7090 of 2023(4) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 "13. That the statements made in Para-9 of writ petition is not correct hence denied. Neither there is any proposal to construct the Government building over the land in proceeding nor to construct Mahadalit Samudayik Bhawan over the land in proceeding. It is reported by Halka Karamchari that the land in question consists a playground for the public in general."

3. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
