A show cause has been filed on behalf of the State in which at paragraph 21 of the page 19 it is stated that the Circle Officer has joined only recently on 23.08.2017 and is making efforts to comply with the order passed by this Court and the petitioner is required to appear before him for recalculation of his dues.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be so, he is willing and ready to appear before the Circle Officer on the date so fixed by him and the contempt application may be

In the light of the statement made by the Circle Officer, let the petitioner appear before the Circle Officer on the 8th of January, 2018 alongwith the copy of this order, on which date, the Circle Officer shall take the calculation chart from the petitioner and after fixing the subsequent date within a fortnight making necessary enquiries pay the petitioner of his residual dues in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation, the contempt application stands disposed of.
