2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 147, 149, 341 , 325 , 353 , 337, 338 , 307, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 12.06.2018 when informant along with circle officer and other police officials were at Village Sahpur where some construction work of government was going on , in the meantime this petitioner along with other co-accused persons started pelting stones at them, due to which 6 persons including informant sustained injury .

4. Considering the fact that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons pelted stones at government officials and hindered in official duty and gravity of offence ,
