JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that for a petty dispute he fired at the informant causing injury on his left arm. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. From perusal of the injury report, as stated in para-16 of the case diary, it is evident that the nature of injury is simple. Hence, no offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with
