2. The present writ petition has been preferred for grant of following reliefs:

"I. for direction to respondent no. 5 to insure the compliance of the demarcation report made by Anchal Amin having Mapi Booking I.D.- 180082500462 letter no. 424 dated 07/03/2026 whereby and where under it was held that Braj Kishor Singh and Natuni Singh, both son of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6461 of 2026(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/3 late Chandarik Singh have encroached the land of petitioner about 0.872 Decimal of Khata No.- 132, Khesra no- 889 in view of Demarcation map dated 7/03/2026.

II. for direction to construct boundary wall over land in question which is subject matter of the instant writ petition. III. for direction to provide atmosphere of peace and tranquility over land in question which is under possession of petitioner.

IV. for any other relief/'s for which the petitioner is found entitle in the fact and circumstances of the case and /or the sake of justice."

3. After some argument, learned Senior counsel submits that it will suffice if a fresh representation bringing on record the entire grievance of the petitioner to be preferred before the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Vaishali is considered and then appropriate order passed.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is filed, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of align the petitioner to file petition before the Collector, Vaishali, Vaishali, (Respondent No. 2) within four weeks and in case such petition is preferred, after

6. The writ petition stands disposed of with aforesaid observation.
