The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the two accused persons on a motorcycle robed the informant of an amount of Rs. 7 lacs which he was carrying.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation wherein allegedly the motorcycle and Rs. 1 lakh was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that the allegation of recovery is false and concocted. No incriminating article has been

Parade inspite of being in custody since 13.2.2021 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case. The father of the petitioner has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 22.9.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 22618 of 2020.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case specially the petitioner not having been put on T.I. Parade inspite of being in custody for more than 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case no. 19 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Katihar.
