2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bagaha Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2022 dated 29.09.2022 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 420, 406, 409, 120B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused person being a Field Officer of Swatantra Micro Finance Pvt. Ltd. fraudulently transferred the loan amount of the informant and the other two ladies. The informant and the other two lady are the member of a group and they were granted loan of Rs. 1,15,639/- by Swatantra Micro Finance Pvt. Ltd. The accused persons stated the informant that by mistake, loan amount was transferred in the account of the accused persons. Thereafter, the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is neither the officer of the Swatantra Micro Pvt. Ltd. nor associated with the informant's group. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged offence.The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 97 of 2022.

7. The application stands allowed.
