Petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.664 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that one country made pistol and two cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2018.

Considering the period of custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25346 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.664 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
