2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 61(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused in a case of double murder.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2025.

5. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner and one co-accused have fired upon the two deceased after calling them and killed them in the car.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
