Also, the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/ofÏces.) ===================================== ================ 29-07-2021 We are informed that inadvertently in judgment dated 16.07.2021 passed by this Court in the instant petition, at Page No. 7, clause (b) has been typed, which should not have been there.
For ready reference, clause (b) of the said judgment is quoted hereinunder:- "(b) We accept the statement of the petitioner that ten per cent of the total amount, being condition prerequisite for hearing of the appeal, already stands deposited. If that were so, well and good. However, if the amount is not deposited for whatever reason(s), same shall be done before the next date;"
Having gone through the record, we direct that Clause (b) at Page No. 7 in the judgment dated 16.07.2021 passed by this Court in the instant petition be treated to have been deleted from the said judgment and to that extent judgment dated 16.07.2021 passed in the instant petition is modified.
