The counsel for the State has rightly submitted that the application is misconceived as also has become irrelevant as the Parliament Election is already over. It is submitted that any such grievance could have been raised by the petitioner by filling an election dispute.
Looking to the prayer made in the application and after considering the submissions made by the counsel for the State, the Court is satisfied that the application is completely misconceived. The application is dismissed.
