1. On 31.10.2025, this Court has passed a detailed oral order which reads as follows:- "1. No representation for the petitioner.

2. This Court, vide order dated 17.07.2015, had passed the following order:

Sri Durgesh Prasad Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for adjourning the case for four weeks, so that, in the meanwhile, he may file petition for substituting legal heirs of Respondent no.2.

As prayed, four weeks time is granted. If within four

immediately thereafter.

3. In spite of it, the substitution petition for substituting legal heirs of the respondent No. 2 has not been filed till date.

4. As a last indulgence, list on 10.11.2025 for filing the substitution petition. In case no substitution petition is filed, the Writ petition cannot proceed as a whole, therefore, the Writ petition shall stand dismissed."

2. Inspite of it, today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the substitution petition for substituting legal heirs of the 2nd respondent has not been filed. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution.
