The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he is charging higher rate in selling the book. Report of the three men committee shows otherwise. SaroJ Kumar Jha has approached to different authorities and whereafter this case has been lodged. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Vinay Kumar Pathak, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten
