Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below and file application for regular which shall be considered by the court below on its own merit on the same day without being prejudiced by the refusal to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
