Petitioner's counsel, referring to Office Order dated 18/09/2012 (Annexure-8 to I. A. No. 01 of 2020), submits that he has been reinstated as a Constable (GD) in the RespondentCentral Reserve Police Force (for short 'Force'). His submission is that he would be approaching the Authority for the wages and arrears for the intervening period.
