It is further submitted that against the impugned order dated 23.07.2015, the petitioner has filed statutory appeal vide CRM No.15/16-17 before the respondent no.2 which is still pending consideration.

Learned counsel for the State submits that, in the aforesaid view of the matter, the respondent no.2 may be directed to dispose of the appeal on merit within a reasonable time.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no.2 is hereby directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner by a reasoned order after hearing all concerned within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of
