2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 10/2025registered for the offence punishable under Sections 351(2)/351(3)/3(5) of the BNS and Section 25(g) and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner while holding arms

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27979 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 threatened the local villagers. The petitioner has been identified by the local chowkidar. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedents.
