2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have abducted the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the vicitm girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim girl were in a relationship.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 4.10.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30208 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023.
