JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 14.05.2012 passed by the learned SDJM, Buxar in Case No. 46(c) of 2012/Tr. No. 2226 of 2014 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of he Dowry Prohibition Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56696 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2016 2/2 petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners before the trial court at the stage of framing of charge.
