For the University: Mr. Chandrakant, Advocate. =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-05-2017 On a perusal of the show cause filed by the University and the communication as contained in Annexure-A dated 19.01.2015, it is seen that for settling the dues of the petitioner's late father certain informations and documents have been called for from the petitioner, primarily, the No Objection Certificate and the affidavits of other children and legal heirs of late Vishwanath Mishra, the father of the petitioner.

Until and unless all legal formalities are completed, the University cannot be directed in this contempt application to settle the

Patna High Court MJC No.1422 of 2014 dt.17-05-2017 2/2 claim of the petitioner. The petitioner and other legal heirs of his late father Vishwanath Mishra may submit all the requisite documents before the University as per the requirement of law, and if the same is filed, the University shall proceed to take action in accordance with law within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of requisite documents and affidavits by the petitioner along with a certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, for the present finding no further indulgence to be made into the matter, the application stands disposed of.
