JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 198 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides sustained injuries. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25570 of 2017. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
