2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed murder of the daughter of informant and disappeared the dead body.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is cousin brother-inlaw (Dewar) of the deceased. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. There is vague and general allegation against this petitioner. Petitioner is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27088 of 2023(3) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the family affairs of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.
