2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 207.36 liters of foreign liquor from the seized vehicle .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of the petitioner transpired only on the disclosure of chaukidar and villagers. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of he seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner claims clean

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

6. Considering the fact that aforesaid facts and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive special Excise court 3rd East Champaran Motihari in connection with Pakridayal Police Station Case No. 58 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
