Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 601 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is only alleged to be a member of the mob. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 17.02.2018 and 20.02.2018 (Annexure-2 series) passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 9425 of 2018 and 8819 of 2018 respectively.

No.21609 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 601 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
