2. The petitioner had preferred a writ petition vide CWJC No. 3405 of 2019, which was heard and disposed of on 25.02.2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to paragraph 3 and 4 of the petition and has prayed that the name of the father of

Patna High Court MJC No.1445 of 2019(4) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 the petitioner in the header be modified and his father's name be read as 'Babulal Paswan' instead of Bablu Paswan.

4. Let the aforenoted modification be carried out.

5. The prayer for modification in the name of the father of the petitioner stands allowed.

6. The modification petition is disposed of accordingly.
