The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 01.12.2017 passed by the learned J.M. 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in which he framed charge against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420/465/469/467/ 468/471 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Complaint Case No. 2353 of 2001.
The order dated 01.12.2017 passed by the learned Court below finding prima facie case against the petitioner has dismissed the discharge petition.
Considering the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar Vs. Ramesh Singh reported in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13031 of 2018(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 1977 SCC (4) 39, this application is dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/-Sunny U T
