The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.3.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9863 of 2015, whereby the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned court below within six weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioner.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender of the petitioner is extended by three weeks in connection with Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 40 of 2010 pending in the Court of the learned CJM, Munger.
