During pendency of the writ petition, the departmental proceedings were concluded and the petitioners were exonerated and their suspension orders were withdrawn. That being so, these writ petitions have become infructuous and he has instructions not to press them any more.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the writ petitions are disposed of.
