NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 29-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga (hereinafter referred to as the 'University'). Petitioner retired from the post of Assistant Professor (Maithli) from the Laxmi Narayan Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya Jaideopatti, Darbhanga under the Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Darbhanga w.e.f. 31.03.2016. He claims payment of full pension for the month August 2018 and from

Patna High Court CWJC No.9019 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 October 2018 and revision of payment as per the 6th Pay Revision, arrears of salary for the period of 01.06.2014 till the date of retirement, insurance amount as well as interest @ 18%. He submits that pension till September 2018 except August 2018 has been paid which has been stopped from October 2018 without any rhyme or reason. He further submits that in spite of P.P.O. being issued suddenly the payment has been stopped from October 2018.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation regarding his claim under different head before the respondent no. 4, the Registrar, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga which would be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by a speaking order sent through registered post. Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
