23-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to SC-10. Today again none appeared on behalf of private Respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed assailing the order passed under Section 48(D) of the Bihar Tenancy Act, which is a scheduled Act under Section-9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009.
The Court is of the opinion that this matter can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.
