ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.141 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informants are agnates and there is a history of litigations between them. It is further submitted that only because there was dispute with regard to the joint family property, that the present case has been filed to humiliate them. Considering the nature of allegations made and that

No.47282 of 2016 (2) dt.18-11-2016 2/2 the injuries purported to have been inflicted have been found to be simple in nature and the petitioners are having no criminal antecedents, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.141 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
