Petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2768 of 2019 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Excise & Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 40 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.3.2019.
