02-03-2015 After some argument, Sri Dronacharya, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 5, submits that he has not been able to contact his client despite his best effort and as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition with an indication that if the petitioner feels that still any grievance exists, he may avail appropriate remedy.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty, as indicated above.
