2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"for quashing the Notice dated 05.05.2015 (Annexure-4) issued by Respondent No. 4 and also for directing the respondent authorities to compute the compensation amount, of the subject Land and construction of the petitioner, a fresh, in view of the order passed by this Hon'ble court by order dated 02-05-2014 (Annexure-1), in
Patna High Court CWJC No.18846 of 2015(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/3 its true sense in accordance with law and also the observation made in the aforesaid order passed in C. W. J. C. No. 13294/12."
3. The short order of the Coordinate Bench dated 14.09.2023 read as follows:
"Learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the N.H.A.I. and learned counsel for the State are present.
2. Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the N.H.A.I. are directed to file counteraffidavit in this case 19 within four weeks'.
3. List this case on 02.11.2023.
4. Upon receiving the counter-affidavit, counsel for the petitioner shall be at liberty to file rejoinder to the said counter-affidavit, if required."
4. Today, on call, again, prayer for adjournment for filing counter-affidavit has been made.
5. In that background, learned State and N.H.A.I. respondents shall be depositing Rs. 2,000/- each to the Bihar State Legal Services Authority.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 4 (District Land
Patna High Court CWJC No.18846 of 2015(3) dt.14-07-2025 3/3 Acquisition Officer, Vaishali, Hajipur) in next four weeks and shall be pressing the representation dated 21.05.2024 (Annexure-2) with specific reference to paragraph-6 onwards.
7. If the petitioner approaches the concerned authority/respondent no. 4 in four weeks, it shall be duty bound to take the matter to its logical conclusion within a period of six months.
8. Appreciating the stand of the learned counsel for the petitioner and granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
9. If the respondents fail to deposit cost, as recorded, and submit receipt within four weeks, appropriate steps be taken for realization of the amount in accordance with law. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
