JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020, G.R. No. 5278 of 2020 registered under Sections 498(A), 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 3000/- (three thousand) per month
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36367 of 2021(12) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 to his wife (opposite party no. 2), as is evident from third supplementary affidavit.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 97 of 2020, G.R. No. 5278 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
