1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For issuance of a writ of Certiorari, quashing the order dated 25.03.2022 (Annexure-4) Passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea Division, Purnea in Miscellaneous Appeal (Anganwari) No.-
Patna High Court CWJC No.7290 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 42 of 2020 whereby terminating the appointment of petitioner from the post of Anganwari Sevika at the Centre No.-38 of Dhuriyahi Panchayat, Ward No.-1, Manihari, Katihar.
ii. For issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner for doing work on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Centre No.-38 Dhuriyahi, Panchayat Raj Manihar, Katihar."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
