This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20491 of 2017 in which the village name of the petitioner Salarpur has wrongly been typed as Lagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20491 of 2017, the petitioner was allowed pre-arrest bail, but inadvertently, in the cause title of the order the village name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as Lagar in place of Salarpur. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20491 of 2017, the village name of the petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40474 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 read as "Salarpur" in place of Lagar.

In such view of the matter, the time to surrender of petitioner as per order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20491 of 2017 is further extended by four weeks from today in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria. With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20491 of 2017, this application stands disposed of.
