JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this writ application is being filed for issuance of nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 12.09.13 passed by Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur in Bhagalpur Misc. Service Appeal (Anganbari) No. 28/13 by which affirmed the order dt. 07.05.13 passed by District Magistrate Bhagalpur in Bhagalpur Misc. Service Appeal (Anganbari) No. 27/12-13, whereby also affirmed the order dt. 05.06.12 passed by District Programme Officer, Bhagalpur

Patna High Court CWJC No.24630 of 2013(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 by which cancelling the appointment of the petitioner for the post of the Anganbari Sevika, Anganbari Centre No. 126 of Bihpur Project and further quashing the order dt. 07.05.2013 passed by District Magistrate, Bhagalpur and further quashing the order dated 09.06.12 passed by District Programme Officer by which cancelled the appointment of the petitioner for the post of the Anganbari Sevika, in pursuance of the recommendation made by C.D.P.O., Bihpur for termination of the service without considering her show cause of the petitioner and allegation against petitioner is baseless and further give other legal consequential benefit attach to the post."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
