The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.07/2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341/323/324/307/354/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The specific allegation against the petitioner Raju Pandit is that he assaulted the informant on his head by means of khanti causing injuries on his head. As per injury report, injuries are found grievous in nature.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of the accusations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
