JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 9.9.2015, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 14184 of 2013 in which it has been observed as follows:- "Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to implement the order of the Appellate Authority as though more than two years have passed, no writ application has been preferred against the order of the Appellate Authority."

The petitioner submits that in fact C.W.J.C.No. 14184 of 2013 had already been filed seeking direction upon the Power Company to implement the order of the Appellate authority dated 27.12.2012, which fact inadvertently could not be brought to the notice of the court while passing order dated 9.9.2015. The factual error occurring in the order dated 9.9.2015 is rectified accordingly.
