JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S. Case no. 100 of 2016, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that when informant was going for worship at Thakurwari temple then six accused persons, including the petitioner, came near him and accused Awadhesh Singh, Suresh Singh and Arbind Singh caught hold informant then at the order of accused Shailesh Singh, this petitioner gave Dab blow at the head of the informant, who become seriously injured. It is alleged that occurrence took place due to family dispute, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the occurrence took place due to old family dispute and only one incised wound was found on the head of the informant, which

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.4th Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
