JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 372, 373 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

From the house of one Nagina Devi, two girls in semi naked position were recovered who disclosed that they were subjected to flash trade at the behest of co-accused Nand Khalifa, Manjur Khalifa, Munni Khatoon and the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that except confession of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner when co-accused Pappu Khalifa and Manzoor Khalifa have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56022 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2015 2/2 Court vide Cr. Misc. nos. 27480 of 2014 and 34358 of 2014. Moreover, in 164 Cr. P.C. statement, the victims have not named the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
