The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have fired upon the informant, but no one sustained firearm injury.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence as alleged in the FIR has ever taken place. No one has sustained firearm injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27084 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IVth, Muzaffar (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S.
