2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 09 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three youngsters riding on a motorcycle came and snatched Rs. 20,000/-, one mobile phone after beating the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2025. The looted mobile was recovered from one Amit Kumar who has given a self inculpatory statement naming the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
